What is a good substitute for crushed red pepper? - crushed olives

I make spaghetti with oil (olive oil, of course) and garlic for lunch. The recipe for red pepper flakes, but I'm from the paprika. Cayenne pepper can be substituted for the crushed pepper, but I'm over it too. Of Tabasco pepper sauce could possibly use or ruin the food?

perhaps use just because it has a touch of bitterness, but a few drops would not hurt het. if that's what you need for pepper .. ALOS black person can not add much.
